On July 10, 2025, the Russian House in Dhaka hosted a ceremonial event dedicated to the Day of Family, Love and Fidelity. As part of the celebration, three families were awarded honorary "Happy Family" certificates in recognition of their strong family bonds and traditional values.
Following the official part of the program, professors N.A. Kalina and E.A. Chernosova from Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University presented an overview of Russia's educational system, introducing attendees to the country's leading academic institutions and opportunities for international students.
The cultural program featured performances of traditional Russian songs by local artists, creating a particularly warm and festive atmosphere.
A special highlight of the event was the exhibition of reproductions from the Tretyakov Gallery collection, organized to commemorate the 170th anniversary of the museum's founding. The exhibition provided guests with an opportunity to appreciate masterpieces of Russian fine art.
The event concluded with a screening of the documentary film "Kamchatka" from RT Documentary's series "Russia: An Inside Look," which introduced viewers to the unique natural wonders of one of Russia's most remarkable regions.
The celebration was attended by representatives of various organizations, compatriots, local residents and other guests of the Russian House, all of whom remarked on the warm, family-oriented atmosphere of the event.
