The event took place near the bust of Alexander Pushkin and brought together students, teachers, alumni, university representatives, and admirers of Russian culture.
The celebration began with a floral tribute to Alexander Pushkin, honoring his enduring contribution to world literature and culture.
The official program featured speeches by Alexandra Khlevnoy, Director of the Russian House in Dhaka; Professor Dr. Abdus Salam, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) of the University of Dhaka; Mrs. Anastasia Nemova, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Bangladesh; and Professor Mohammad Absar Kamal, Acting Director of the Institute of Modern Languages (IML), University of Dhaka.
