Bangladesh strongly condemns Houthi attack on Saudi Arabia

DHAKA, Sept 8, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh today strongly condemned the Houthi attack on Saudi Arabian territory that injured several civilians, reaffirming its unwavering support for the Kingdom's sovereignty, territorial integrity and security.
"Bangladesh reiterates its firm rejection of all acts of violence against civilians and civilian infrastructure," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
Dhaka also expressed its full solidarity with the government and the brotherly people of Saudi Arabia.
The government reaffirmed Bangladesh's unwavering support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity and security of the Kingdom, the statement added.
